The old lady seemed better. Several gray hairs could not easily cover the scalp. Under the big old gown was there her rawboned shoulder. Almost all the teeth had fallen out and thus made her mouth deep sink and wriggle ceaselessly and unconsciously.

It seems that the old lady back into good condition soon. Her hair is offwhite and can barely covers the scalp. Her gaunt shoulder is in the old rag that out of her size. There are few teeth in her mouth which is deeply sink and wriggling.

The old granny seemed fairly well.Her sparse white hair could barely covered her scalp, her skinny shoulder bracing a too fat ropy coat;her teeth would almost all came off ,her mouth had deeply shrinked,and unconsciously  peristalsised.

the grandmother was so old that her small amount of hair failing to cover her head, her bony shoulder unable to support the big worn cloth and the skin of her mouth sagging as nearly all the teeth had been lost but she still kept murmuring.

It is quite hard for a few grey hairs to cover the scalp. Her worn gown, overly mom, rests on her bony scapula. Her teeth being to fall off entirely, her mouth denting deeply, subconciously, she is chewing something without stop. But it seems that the granny looks good enough.
