对《蝇王》中“猪崽”的浅析

猪崽这个名字乍一听让人觉得这个人肯定是很笨的人物形象，然而在本小说中却恰恰相反，猪崽是本小说中的智力担当，是最聪明的一个孩子，他一直珍视的眼镜也代表了他“知识分子”的人物形象。凭猪崽的智力水平，他完全可以充当孩子们的“军师”，但事实是，他一直被当做嘲弄的对象。猪崽曾提出过以持续燃烧的篝火当作营救信号，以及建造掩体来防御风暴等关键的提议，即便如此，猪崽最后还是被残忍地杀害了。猪崽的死，也象征着孩子们的理性已经丧失了。
