Typhoon Nalgae Strongly pounds Hainan Province, China Nov. 4th 18:00
The core of Nalgae is located in East Prefecture, Hainan Province, China. That is north latitude 18.8, east longitude 109.3. The strongest wind near the core reached Catregory 8 (18 meters a second ). The lowest atmospheric pressure in the core arrived at 99,800 pa. During the pass hour, Nalgae whirled little and stayed stably.
