This kind of fatalistic text has always run through Hemingway's works, and the struggle with fate has never stopped. Perhaps this feeling comes from witnessing all kinds of cruel blood on the front line, or from the yellow sand and blue blood on the Spanish bullring. In Hemingway's life, death is always everywhere, so in his works, there is always a shadow of death holding the sickle high. |
