Diligence
We always are in a dilemma about getting up in the morning, especially in winter. Naturally, there will be two results-get up immediately or stay late in bed. Admittedly, different choice will have different life. Then, how this choice determines life?
From our own experiences, we can easily know that these two choices are caused by two different characters-diligence and laziness. People who get up early in the morning are diligent. They not only realize the importance of time and hard work, but also take instance actions to save time and struggle for better future. Conversely, people who stay late are lazy. They will find all kinds of excuses for continuing to stay in bed.
The choice reflects character, and then the character determines life. A great man’s success depends upon his hard work and diligence, while idleness and laziness can make a person a beggar. Anna Pavlova, a famous ballet dancer, says, “no one can arrive from being talented alone. God gives talent, work transforms talent into genius.” In conclusion, if you choose to be diligent, you will have a successful life. Otherwise, you will have a miserable life.
Nowadays, we cannot but accept the fact that the world is full of dreamers, and there aren’t enough persons who will move ahead and begin to take concrete steps to actualize their vision. Based on this fact, we learn that we have a primitive desire to achieve the success and know the importance of diligence, but we don’t know the way and therefore seldom take actions. Eventually, we will achieve nothing. So we need to ask ourselves: how to become a diligent people?
Presumably there is some short cut to become a diligent person. This is seldom the case, however. To gain diligence usually needs lifelong time to resist the temptation of immediate pleasure. For instance, we can’t waste so much time in bed in the morning just for some physical pleasure. Moreover, we should discover the happiness of hardworking. The sleep of a laboring man is sweet. When we accept that work is the source of true happiness, we will find work is not really so tough. Consequently, we are more willing to work hard. These two steps interact with each other. If you can make full use of them, you will attain your aim to become a diligent person.
Diligence is so important that we should learn to acquire it. To lead a successful life, please take step by step to become diligent from now on!

In conclusion, if you choose to be diligent, you will have a successful life. Otherwise, you will have a miserable life__________the above three sentences are groudless beliefs  you come to hasty conclusions yet you didn't give any evidence to prove them.

Based on this fact, we learn that we have a primitive desire to achieve the success and know the importance of diligence,____which fact? I'm not clear about that.

These two steps interact with each other. If you can make full use of them, you will attain your aim to become a diligent person.____what does "these two steps" refer to? What does "them" refer to? If we make full use of them, are we sure to attain our aim?

Diligence is so important that we should learn to acquire it________I can't see from your passage that diligence is so important.
