To Be Honest

A terrible thing has happened in recent days. A lot of babies were diagnosed kidney stones and four of them were died, because they used Sanlu milk powder which contained melamine. The whole country are shocked by this horrible event.
There are some companies which would take all kinds of measures even illegal measures to earn money in China. Those companies lack honesty. They don’t realize the fact that their production must guarantee consumers’ safety, or they will suffer the terrible consequence.
Does this kind of thing happen frequently in western countries? Our teacher who teaches us history of English literature told us his own experience in Ireland. He once bought a broken egg in a supermarket and when he arrived home he found it. He didn’t want to change one at first but his landlord persuaded him to change it. Then he took our teacher to the supermarket by car. The worker in it apologized to my teacher and chose a best egg to return to him at once. But what will happen in China in this case? I think our worker will be impolite and refuse to change and he will say that is your problem.
Don’t foreign companies want to earn a lot of money? Yes, they want. But they know if a company lacks of honesty, the band of the company will die. I have to admit that money is very significant in our life, but if a person sacrifices his honesty for money he will lose his money at last.
We are stepping into society in near future. We need to have a deep thinking about if our future boss lets us do dishonest thing and if we don’t do it we will lose our job, what will do with? Maybe it’s not easy to answer, but we need to take a good consideration. No matter what will happen in future, try to be honest.

Maybe it’s not easy to answer, but we need to take a good consideration. No matter what will happen in future, try to be honest.__ I'm really glad to see you have the right idea towards how important honesty can be in our life. Whenever making our choices, we shall stick to our principles, for we all know we shall see further into our future. Only those foolish men would do things for the temporary benefits.
