星猫是一个想当英雄的顽皮捣蛋鬼。无意中闯下了大祸—放出了邪恶的黑魔王！天下大乱！星猫被罚戴罪立功，在小电脑欧应万的协助下，走访12国度，集合12勇士的力量，最终打败了邪恶的黑魔王。星猫也从一个不懂事的捣蛋鬼，慢慢成长为一个负责任的小战士，同时也交到了许多新朋友，在战斗中启发了彼此的能力，明白了合作的重要。在不断的解决困难，挑战邪恶的里程中，新一带的正义守护者们诞生了……
