Three years ago, we waved goodbye to hometown and melted into this campus for further education.
At that time, we were apples in eyes of our parents, friends, relatives and ourselves.
At that time, we had many colorful dreams and decided to be great.
At that time, we paved our ways for future with our best effort.
At that time, we found we were in the paradise.
Now, three years later, it seems that many things have changed. Dreams have faded, ways are blocked.
But please cheer up.
We are youths. We are still young.
Yes, we admit that we are not mature enough.
We need suggestions but suggestions can not determine our fate;
We need information but information can not be the only part of our mind;
We need discussions but discussions can not be the root of discord;
We need competitions but competitions can not be the origin of immorality.

So the case is clear that we need communication and surrounding, but they can not be chains for the development of our ability.
We have our own mind. We own our special characters.
We are we. We are always “weself”.
This is the essential part of us.
This is the just part for us to cheer up.
Please cheer up at any moment.
Please cheer up when we have good ideas while a gang of people do not think so;
Please cheer up when we keep some charming personal qualities while some gangs take their personal qualities to exchange money or names;
Please cheer up when we are not the best though we have tried a lot;
Please cheer up when we are here and together though some people twist their hearts to ignore us.
Please cheer up, at any time, in any places, no matter how strong the person next us is, no matter how we present, no matter what we will get, we are at least the best for ourselves and for our time.
Then, why not cheer up?

Yes, we admit that we are not mature enough. But we shall realize all the following truth and then cheer up:
