Spring in the Desert

    It is only with the heart that one can see rightly. What is essential is invisible to the eye. The little prince repeated so that he would be sure to remember.
　　I like the little prince and I'm full of imagination about the innocent boy when I read his story. In particular, his laughter is like a spring of fresh water in the desert and throws me into deep thought.
　　Every day, the adults are occupied with endless work and burying their heads in piles of paper. While children are making  efforts to explore nature and playing toys with there friends. The adults are either confused of their goals of life or content with their present achievements. On the contrary, children keep discovering new things with curiosity all the time. What the adult care is all about money, profit, reputation and other material entertainment. In the sight of children, watering flowers, protecting grasses or feeding animals are much more amusing. The adults are always jealous at children for their freedom and happiness, not knowing they can also gain it if they change their attitude and try to make their heart closer to the pure heart of children.
    To make our society peaceful and harmonious, a pure heart is also needed. Every day, make a cup of tea for your mother instead of staying in bed to wait your mother to wake you up; write a letter to encourage a child who drops out of school because of poverty instead of chatting online all day long; send warm greetings to the disabled instead of making fun of beggars. The more love you give out, the warmer our society will become.
    There is a song by Michael Jackson: “Heal the world, make it a better place for you and for me and the entire human race. There’re people dying. If you care enough for the living, make it a better place for you and for me.” If we do as the song tells us, the desert will be covered with springs of fresh water.
