The Blue Days
Whoever you are, you have blue days.
These are the miserable days when you lose interests in everything, even these you are eager to do once before. On the blue days, you may ignore the most beautiful flowers passing the roadside; on the blue days, you may neglect the most pleasing bird singing sitting under the tree; on the blue days, you may take no notice of what your most intimate friend are saying. Everything in your eye is boring and everyone to you is meaningless.
You are depressed and oppressive, and sometimes both your body and heart are exhausted, although you have done nothing. You may burst into tears suddenly at anytime for no reasons. What you are always to do is sighing and what you are doing is not out of your intention. Losing your life goal, you are confused about which direction you should go to. Without the desire to share with others, you hide yourself in your own world. Your mind is mixed together and you have the feeling that you are going to collapse.
In fact, it doesn’t take much to take on a blue day. The reason may be just a low marks in a ordinary test, an admonition from your parents, a squabble between your love and you, a small pustule on your nose, a bad meal at your lunch and even a sudden rain . It’s certain that all of them to you are not a piece of cake.
There is no need for me to demonstrate the harm resulted from a blue day, so why not to get rid of it? |
