Some people believe that in order to be effective, political leaders must yield to public opinion and abandon principle for the sake of compromise. Others believe that the most essential quality of an effective leader is the ability to remain consistently committed to particular principles and objectives.Write a response in which you discuss which view more closely aligns with your own position and explain your reasoning for the position you take. The essential quality of an effective leader is being able to remain consistently committed to particular principles and objectives. When we refer to “effective” on a country , one of the most obvious sections maybe the speed of its economic development. And since economy is regarded as the basis, insisting those particular principles becomes crucial. For instance , the main branches of one country ‘s economy must be controlled by the public, which is represented as the government, such as the mineral, the railway ,the oil and gas ,the electronics ,the finance etc. They can not be fallen into private person or any foreign countries. If so, one country can be easily controlled.The America is a typical example for that. As is known to all, the FED plays a significant role in American finance, just like our people’s bank of China. However, few have realized the FED is a private bank, being controlled by bank oligarchs. In other words, the America’s finance was manipulated by them. The FED is the puppet, and the bankers are the strings. Some financial experts deemed that the abnormal condition of the United States bank system is one of main reasons of its budget crisis.
Furthermore, the political leader’s burden also includes operating the rubber. Needless to say, governing a country is complicated, domestic events, those countless disasters like draught, flood , earthquake or parade, terrorist crisis had frequently interrupt ,even destroy one country’s step, let alone the international problems. At this moment, choosing correct objectives and persist on them turns to be the guarantees of one country’s prosperity ,In this modern society, people ,especially the younger generation are easily influenced by medial. Complaining and quarreling are crowded among internet, TV, and phones. Whereas, generally, people may just learn part of the truth, then become furious and aggressive, insulting the experts, or grumbling the so-called unfair events. Actually some activities are really under question and need to be thought about. For the lack of information, people are easily being made advantages. So insisting objectives and leading people to construct the country becomes quite distinctly necessary.

The ancient scholars had educated us: The same knife cuts bread and fingers. The government which infringes people’s will would be violated by people with no doubt. What the politic leader should do is to listen to the majority and make decisions benefiting them, not to choose compromise, which would stamp him (her) the most useless political leader in the world.
Also, from the history book, we learned Chinese people tended to be apathetic, which had a strong relationship with the unique Chinese philosophy--toleration. When the Japanese invaded our country, for example the northeast princes, just a handful of people would be conscious of struggling and combating. Most residents just want a stable, comfortable life, so it doesn’t matter who is the leader, either the native compatriots or the invaders.
In modern life, the situation of people’s view of the world has changed a lot. Through referendum, it becomes possible for the government to deeply learn the normal life, the prime problem waited to be solved, and things like that. Helping the political leader make the efficient strategy. And the nongovernmental wisdom has marvelous sparkles, often beyond those professors, shocked the experts. Since the above, the political leader also need include them into his(her) decisions. And as far as I know, they have already done it.
The political leader, on behalf of one country, needs fight for one country’s state, her people, her dignity. Those leaders are the torch of its country, and people act as the mirror and supervisors. Not only do we need trust one another, but also depend on one another. Coordination, cooperation, interaction would push one country to harmony and prosperity.
