CHILE, February 27(Xinhua)--- The city of Concepcion in southern Chile was struck by a 8.8 magnitude earthquake, causing power outages in parts of the capital Santiago. According to the government geological survey report, the epicenter located 320 kilometers southwest of the capital Santiago, near the waters of Maule, focal depth about 60 kilometers. The occurrence of the aftershocks led to tsunami directly, affecting many countries, including Australia.
